The Ultimate Diverter Valve Kit

BoltOnHooks LLC / KBOH-USA® is proud to announce what we believe is the Ultimate Diverter Valve Kit for the avid do-it-yourselfer. This kit is custom made for us, and offers many features no other companies product can match. This kit will easily fit just about any tractor, and is perfect to power/operate your loader mounted plow or grapple project, or even the chute rotation and elevation on a snowblower when you have limited remotes available. Here are just a few reasons why we believe our product is the best available:

  • Custom engineered and CNC machined in the USA from a solid billet of 6061 aluminum material.
  • Port spacing and placement are optimized for the easiest mounting options and smallest footprint available.
  • Includes five 1/4″ mounting holes to fit any situation.
  • Solenoid coils are rated for constant duty.
  • Includes a high quality jacketed wiring harness, with sealed automotive grade connectors placed at the perfect place to facilitate easy loader removal. Please Note: If your Front End Loader (FEL) joystick valve is a 3-way, meaning the “regen” or “regenerative” function is active all the time on the dump side, then any “diverter valve” may not be the best solution unless you plumb it into the lift/lower circuit.
The regen can affect operation of snowplows and some grapples due to the simple fact that both sides of the circuit become pressurized and the cylinders will not move. Please search the GTT, OTT or TBN forums for the term “regen” for more detailed info on this subject.

John Deere 3R /3X20 CAB Model Rear Diverter Kit

This rear diverter kit from BoltOnHooks LLC / KBOH-USA® is designed to “split” or “double” the OEM electro-hydraulic 3rd SCV kit on the rear of model year 2011+ John Deere 3320, 3520, and 3720 CAB model tractors, or the newer 3033R, 3039R, or 3046R CAB models. This allows you to have a full TnT (Top-n-Tilt) kit or a HTL (Hydraulic Top Link) and a front grapple plugged in at the same time and switch between the two without swapping hoses, you only need to press the rocker switch (included) placed in your right side console. Installation is fast and simple with the included hoses, switch harness, and detailed instructions, there are no permanent modifications to your machine. Installation should take less than 2 hours. This kit provides four Female 1/4” ISO 5675 “AG” style QD’s to hook your hydraulic accessories to. These kits are built to order and will often take a few extra days to ship.

NOTE: Do to clearance issues, this valve kit cannot be mounted at the same time as the backhoe or 4th/5th SCV diverter kits. However, it is simple to remove when mounting the backhoe, just two bolts, two electrical connectors, and two couplers.

NOTE: The OEM couplers used are 1/2″ ISO 5675, so if you have a MMM hose, the 3rd function kit going to the loader, and/or a HTL/TnT setup the male QD’s will need to be changed to 1/4″ ISO 5675. Four 1/2″ female couplers simply will not fit on the valve body.

The Ultimate Crossover Relief Valve

The Crossover Relief Valve (CRV) is designed to protect your equipment from damage whenever a circuit is overloaded, like on a snowplow or a backhoe thumb. Installation is very simple, the CRV is simply plumbed inline with the two SA (Single Acting) cylinders on a typical snow plow setup, or the single DA (Dual Acting) cylinder on a thumb device. Machined from 6061 aluminum for weight savings, anodized for maximum corrosion protection, and the use of ORB/SAE ports make this the best value anywhere!
