The PAC Handleloc #1004 provides an adjustable positive locking method to secure axes, hammers, shovels, digging bars and many other tools and equipment. The STRETCHLOK strap allows instant release and is easy to use with a weaker grip or gloved hands.

Our newest version ChainBox’s (purchased after 4/18/2025) include mounting holes on the sides for two of these, you can drill 1/4″ holes (two for each Handleloc) in the older units to mount these.
